Next Year Starts Now

Hey there—I’m glad you’re here, and I’m excited to share something new. It’s definitely not for everyone, but it might be for you.

I’m helping 10 people get a head start on their most important goal before the New Year using my goal achievement framework called Next Year Starts Now.

First, here’s what we’re not doing:

  • Waiting for January to get started
  • Picking easy projects instead of the most important one
  • Passively hoping for success without a deadline and accountability

Instead, we’re going to level up together in a twelve-week sprint by implementing three core components of the Next Year Starts Now framework:

Clarity: Get clear on what you actually want, not what you think you should want

Most people who want to make changes in their life use the New Year as a catalyst. They have a general sense of what they’d like to change, on an indeterminate timeline, without a clear vision for success.

Professional, financial, and health-related goals are important, but by failing to craft a clear written vision for their goals in detail, 80% of people abandon their annual goals by the second week of February.

Instead, we’re going to get clear so we can get real and make more progress in a week than you’d otherwise make in months.

Community: The accountability to show up, the support to keep going, and a group that won’t let you hide

Personal transformation in isolation is possible, but I don’t recommend it. We’re social primates hardwired for connection, and surrounding ourselves with a group of aligned people is one of the best ways to reinforce new habits.

Without the accountability and connection of a supportive community, it’s easy to let ourselves off the hook the moment we meet resistance. From there, it’s a short trip from “later” to “never.”

In Next Year Starts Now, we do things differently.

Together, we’re going to eliminate the self-sabotage that stems from isolation while activating our community to accelerate us on our journey.

Creation: build what matters, finish what you start, and launch with confidence

Your book, play, and app can’t change anyone’s life from the safety of your drafts folder. Can you imagine a world where Samuel L. Jackson remained a social worker, Toni Morrison was content to edit textbooks , and John Legend clung to the life of a business consultant?

Magic happens when we ship and regardless of whether you’re working on the next great American novel or simply updating your sales page, success requires creation.

Together, we’ll make tangible, progress so your project can move from “draft” to “published.”

Here’s how we’ll do it

First, you’ll identify the one project that we’ll work on together. This will give you the confidence and permission to ignore the distractions that aren’t in service of your goal, and the clarity of this commitment will set the tone for our time together.

Once you decide and commit, we’ll organize our live sessions around making weekly, measurable progress. By prioritizing this clarity and alignment, we give our creativity and subconscious the invitation to help us along the way.

Once implemented, this deceptively simple process of prioritization and commitment creates a tailwind to take you to the next level.

Next, we get to work. We’re not waiting until January or for circumstances to change—we start on December 1st. While most people are powering down, we’re going to get busy.

Clarity + Accountability + Doing the Work = 🚀
