This reminds me of the guidance from successful authors and book publishers: write for an audience of one.
The blinking cursor and blank page can feel overwhelming and intimidating when we think of all the people we envision to be reading, judging, and being impacted by our writing (wishful thinking; no one’s paying attention to us like we think they are), but this is just a distraction from the real work.
If it helps: think of someone who would benefit from what you have to say, write your best advice, and hit publish.
